Paul graduated with an undergraduate degree in architecture from the University of Arizona and a MSD from Arizona State University. He began his career in commercial design and moved into construction management several years later. In 1998, Paul opened his first Seattle retail business, specializing in mid-century home furnishings. Expanding on his design background, he opened Seattle’s first European kitchen showroom in 2006.
While at university, Paul worked in many upscale restaurants, in both front and back of house positions. These formative roles helped him to develop a unique hands-on approach to kitchen design and layout, as well as an appreciation of fine food preparation, and he continues to bring this practical wisdom to the table when working with each of his kitchen clients.
Paul has also taught interior design at both ASU and Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle and has a keen eye for integrating Pedini into any lifestyle.
Today, Paul is the owner of Pedini Seattle and co-owner of Pedini PDX. Both showrooms feature Italian kitchen, bath and closet cabinets.
Victoria graduated from the Art Institute of Portland with a BFA in Interior Design. Shortly after entering the field of residential design, she discovered that her favorite space to design in a home was the kitchen. As the setting of most family gatherings and activity, the importance of this room provided her with a welcomed challenge. This is what brought Victoria to Pedini Seattle where she worked as a designer for over 3 years. She now lives in Portland, OR and manages Pedini PDX, while continuing to work on design projects for Pedini Seattle. She brings a vast amount of technical skills and design knowledge to every project she works on. She is also up to date on all of the latest materials, finishes, and equipment for kitchen and bath environments. Victoria’s main objective in design is to make sure that her clients receive a kitchen that is functional, timeless, and beautiful.
Outside of Pedini, Victoria can be found either preparing meals in her own kitchen, walking her dog, or on the trail as she trains for her next 1/2 marathon.
Cassia offers a wide range of experience in interior design and project management. After graduating from the Art Institute of Seattle, she initially specialized in solid surface design with a focus on tile and stone. She then moved into interior finish design and project management of residential custom and production projects.
Having grown up in a Bauhaus inspired environment in Germany, the clean, modern aesthetic and quality of Pedini resonated strongly with Cassia and she joined the Pedini Seattle team in March 2015. With Pedini Seattle, she is able to follow her passion of creating customized sustainable, functional, and well appointed kitchens and bathrooms, sensitively designed around individual lifestyles and environments. Being an expert on interior finishes, Cassia also supports her clients in finding solutions that are beautiful, durable and easy to maintain.
In her spare time, Cassia loves to explore the Northwest wilderness, just as much as taking her dog for runs through the city. She is an avid cook and enjoys hosting dinners for her friends.
