Ordering Process

The design starts with a consultation. A Pedini kitchen designer will get to know you, and how you use your current space. If you know what want, that’s great. If you’d like some guidance, the Pedini designer will give you a personal tour of our showroom, and the many product possibilities. We’ll help direct, develop, or create a whole new concept for you. The designer will assist you in finding the right kitchen system and finishes to suit your home as well as your personal aesthetic.

DESIGN AND LAYOUT

The time we spend in the design process will allow you to make functional and aesthetic selections that will help bring the final design to life.

Once you are familiar with the Pedini kitchen styles and have an idea of what will work best for your project, your designer will work with you to create a personalized kitchen/bath environment that will reflect and compliment your design characteristics as well as your lifestyle needs.

DRAWINGS

No matter how visual you are, it’s nice to see what your kitchen/bath will look like before we break ground.

If you do not already have drawings of your space, we will provide a site visit to measure for our own drawings. We use computer-aided design (CAD), to give you a 3D viewing of the end transformation. You will be provided with views of a 3D model of your proposed kitchen/bath design.

We’ll polish off the initial concept, and enter into a design services agreement.

Your Pedini designer will provide you with a quote for your project. This quote will include:

• 3D drawings
• pricing for cabinetry
• counter tops
• accessories
• appliances
• delivery and overseeing installation.

Please note that any changes, additions, deletions or alterations may alter the preliminary estimate.

All services provided up to the presentation of your quote package are complimentary. Once you have reviewed the drawings and quote and you decide to move forward with Pedini Seattle as your kitchen provider, we will then require a retainer that will be deducted from the final contract.

Now we select the components of your new kitchen design.

After your preliminary quote package is reviewed, your Pedini designer will work with you to finalize the design. This will include a site visit to verify key dimensions, assistance with appliance specification and recommendation of accessories based on how you work in your kitchen. Our staff at Pedini Seattle is highly trained and has the experience and resources to help you make the right appliance and accessory selection.

Once the design is finalized and your order is placed with Italy, you will be provided with a Pedini Action Guide. This Action Guide is for the contractor, the installer, and the home owner.

We will remain at your full disposal for any questions you may come across while waiting for your kitchen or bath to arrive. We will inform you of any updates on delivery times and work with you and your designers to coordinate install. It is our goal to serve you the best experience in kitchen design from beginning to end.

You should expect delivery 14-16 weeks after the order is made.

When the materials arrive, we’ll schedule the dates to start the installation of your new kitchen.

Get up to ten years of warranty for any Pedini kitchen manufacturer/assembly defect. As soon as the product arrives, you have two years of warranty. Then, you have the option to increase the warranty another eight years. To add the eight year extension, just fill out the coupon that is delivered with your kitchen, and send it out thirty days from the installation of your kitchen.
